These terms and conditions and the documents referred to below (the “Terms”) apply to the use of Famebet.com (the “Website”) and its related or connected services (collectively, the “Services”).
You should carefully review these Terms as they contain important information concerning your rights and obligations in relation to the use of the Website and form a binding legal agreement between you (“you”, “your”, the “Customer” or “Player”) and us, Better Fame LTD, the operator of the Website (“Famebet”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By using the Website and/or accessing the Services, whether as a guest or as a registered user with an account (an “Account”), you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with any amendments which may be published from time to time. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not access the Services or use the Website.
In addition to these Terms:

1. Changes to the Terms
1.1 We reserve the right to revise and amend these Terms (including any documents referred to and linked below) at any time.
1.2 Amendments will be binding and effective immediately upon publication on the Website, unless otherwise stated.
1.3 You should visit this page periodically to review the applicable Terms. If you object to any change, you must immediately stop using the Services and close your Account.
1.4 Your continued use of the Website following the publication of amended Terms will indicate your agreement to be bound by the Terms as amended.
1.5 Any bets or wagers not yet settled before the amended Terms take effect will be governed by the pre-existing Terms in force at the time the bet was placed.
2. Eligibility, Legal Capacity and Your Representations
By accessing the Website and using the Services, you represent, warrant, and agree that:
2.1 You are at least 18 years old, or above the minimum legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close your Account if satisfactory proof is not provided.
2.2 You have full legal capacity and are legally able to enter into a binding agreement with us. You must not use the Services if you lack such legal capacity.

2.4 You will not use VPNs, proxies, TOR, remote desktops, virtual machines, GPS spoofing, or similar technologies to mask or manipulate the identification of your real location.
2.5 You are the authorised user and beneficial owner of any cryptocurrency wallet or payment method you use for deposits and withdrawals.
2.6 All payments you make to us are made in good faith and you will not attempt to reverse, charge back, or otherwise cause such payments to be reversed by any third party.
2.7 When placing bets, you acknowledge that you may lose some or all of the funds deposited to the Services and you will be fully responsible for any such loss.
2.8 You will not place bets based on information obtained in breach of any applicable law.
2.9 You are acting strictly on your own behalf, as a private individual, and not as an agent or on behalf of any third party, nor for commercial or professional purposes.
2.10 You will not attempt to manipulate any market, game, feature or element of the Services in bad faith or in a manner that adversely affects the integrity of the Services or of Famebet.
2.11 You will act in good faith towards Famebet and other customers at all times.
2.12 You, and where applicable your employees, employers, agents, or family members, are not registered as an Affiliate in our Affiliate programme when using the Services as a Player, unless explicitly permitted by us in writing.
3. Prohibited Use of the Services
3.1 You must not use the Services:
3.1.1 If you are under 18 years of age (or below the age of majority as stipulated by the laws of your jurisdiction), or if you are otherwise not legally able to enter into a binding agreement;
3.1.2 If you reside in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted to you by law;
3.1.3 If you are a resident of, or accessing the Website from, any of the following restricted countries or territories (non-exhaustive): United States of America (and all territories), United Kingdom, Netherlands, Curaçao, Australia, France, Iran, Iraq, Syria, Yemen, Sudan, North Korea, Afghanistan, and any other jurisdiction designated as prohibited by our regulator or applicable law.
3.1.4 To harvest, collect, or attempt to obtain usernames, email addresses, or other personal data of other customers (including, but not limited to, spam, unsolicited communications, or scraping);
3.1.5 To disrupt, unduly influence, or negatively affect the experience of other customers or the normal operation of the Services;
3.1.6 To promote unsolicited commercial messages, advertisements, affiliate links, or other forms of solicitation;
3.1.7 In any way which, in our reasonable opinion, is aimed at cheating, exploiting system vulnerabilities, colluding with others, or otherwise obtaining an unfair advantage over the Services or other customers;
3.1.8 To scrape, copy, or systematically harvest our odds, markets, game data, or any intellectual property;
3.1.9 For any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or prohibited activity whatsoever.
3.2 You may not sell or transfer your Account to any third party, nor may you acquire a player account from any third party.
3.3 You may not transfer funds, cryptocurrencies, or any value between player accounts by any means, including but not limited to deliberate losing, chip dumping, or collusion.
3.4 We may immediately terminate your Account and/or restrict your access to the Services if you use the Services for any unauthorised purpose. We reserve the right to bring legal action against you where appropriate.
4. Account Registration, Verification and Security
4.1 We reserve the right to refuse to accept any registration application at our sole discretion and without any obligation to provide a reason.
4.2 Before using the Services, you must personally complete the registration process and accept these Terms. To start betting or to withdraw funds, you may be required to become a verified customer, which includes KYC and AML checks.
4.3 You may be required to provide, among other things:
- Government-issued photo identification (passport, ID card, or driving licence);
- Proof of address, issued within the last 90 days;
- Proof of ownership of any deposit or withdrawal wallet;
- Liveness or selfie verification;
- Source-of-funds or source-of-wealth documentation.
4.4 We reserve the right to suspend wagering, deposits, or withdrawals on any Account until satisfactory documentation is received and verified.
4.5 You must provide accurate and up-to-date contact information, including a valid email address (the “Registered Email Address”). It is your responsibility to update this information as needed. Failure to maintain a valid email address may result in suspension of your Account.
4.6 We will communicate with you primarily via your Registered Email Address. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of that email account.
4.7 We may request additional personal information from third-party information providers for verification purposes. Where such data is obtained, we will notify you in accordance with applicable laws.
4.8 You must keep your password and login credentials confidential. Provided that Account information has been correctly supplied, we are entitled to assume that all activity, deposits, bets and withdrawals have been made by you.
4.9 If you suspect that your Account, password, or email has been compromised, you must notify us immediately. We will suspend your Account once we are aware of such an incident. Until then, you remain responsible for all activity on your Account.
4.10 You may not share game screens, hand histories or other confidential game data in real time with other players in a way that may provide an unfair advantage.
5. One Account Policy and Multi-Account / Device Linking
5.1 You are permitted to hold one Account only with Famebet.
5.2 For the purpose of enforcing this rule, we may treat as one “customer unit”: individual person; household; IP address; device or device fingerprint; payment method or cryptocurrency wallet; shared environment (e.g. dorm, office, internet café).
5.3 We employ advanced technical measures to detect linked or duplicate Accounts, including, but not limited to: IP and geolocation analysis; device fingerprinting and browser signatures; behavioural pattern and bet analysis; wallet clustering and on-chain analytics; VPN/proxy detection.
5.4 If we reasonably believe that multiple Accounts are controlled by the same person or group, or that Accounts are linked for the purposes of bonus abuse, collusion, or fraud, we may: suspend and/or close all such Accounts; void unsettled bets; remove bonuses and associated winnings; confiscate balances where fraud, abuse, or AML concerns exist; permanently ban all associated individuals.
5.5 Our decision as to whether Accounts are linked or in breach of this rule is final.
5.6 Ban Evasion and Circumvention of Restrictions
5.6.1 Any attempt to circumvent a ban, suspension, self-exclusion, or any other restriction placed on an Account or individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
5.6.2 Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: creating new Accounts after an Account has been closed or suspended by us; using different personal details, cryptocurrency wallets, devices, IP addresses, VPNs, proxies, virtual machines, or any other method to conceal identity or location; assisting, encouraging, or colluding with a banned or restricted individual to access the Services; accessing the Services on behalf of a banned or self-excluded person.
5.6.3 If we detect or reasonably suspect ban evasion or circumvention: all involved Accounts will be immediately and permanently closed; all deposits, balances, bonuses, and winnings on all related Accounts will be forfeited and confiscated; any pending withdrawals will be cancelled; we reserve the right to retain all funds as compensation for administrative costs, investigation expenses, and/or damages caused.
5.6.4 Our detection methods include, but are not limited to: device fingerprinting, IP/geolocation analysis, wallet clustering and on-chain analytics, behavioural patterns, KYC document comparison, and third-party fraud databases.
5.6.5 Our decision regarding ban evasion is final and not subject to appeal or negotiation.
6. Deposits (Crypto Only) and Global Turnover Requirement
6.1 All deposits are accepted only in cryptocurrency supported by the Website.
6.2 The minimum deposit per transaction is the equivalent of 10 USD, calculated at the time the relevant transaction is confirmed on the blockchain.
6.3 All deposits must be made from a wallet solely owned and controlled by you. We may request proof of wallet ownership at any time.
6.4 Deposits from third-party wallets, shared wallets, exchanges where beneficial ownership cannot be verified, or from mixers, tumblers, or other anonymising services may be rejected, reversed, or held pending AML review.
6.5 Famebet is not a financial institution. Your Account does not bear interest and is not a bank account or investment vehicle.
6.6 Global Turnover Requirement – 3× Each Deposit
To comply with AML requirements and protect against abusive behaviour, every deposit is subject to a minimum three times (3×) turnover requirement before any withdrawal of that deposit or any associated winnings will be processed.
Example: a 100 USD equivalent deposit requires a minimum of 300 USD equivalent in valid wagers before you can withdraw.
6.7 This 3× turnover applies regardless of whether a bonus is used or not.
6.8 We may, in specific high-risk or AML scenarios, impose higher turnover thresholds or additional checks as reasonably required by law or regulation.
7. Withdrawals
7.1 You may request a withdrawal of any unrestricted and cleared balance in your Account, provided that: you have successfully completed all required KYC and AML checks; you have satisfied the global 3× turnover requirement for each relevant deposit; you have fully completed any applicable bonus wagering requirements (if a bonus is active); there is no ongoing investigation for fraud, abuse, or AML concerns.
7.2 Same-Currency Rule Withdrawals shall be processed only in the same cryptocurrency that was used for the qualifying deposit. Cross-currency withdrawals are not permitted.
7.3 We may, at our discretion: request additional verification prior to processing withdrawals; split withdrawals into multiple transactions; delay, refuse, or reverse withdrawals where we suspect a breach of these Terms, fraud or AML concerns.
7.4 We are not responsible for network fees, gas fees, or any third-party processing charges, nor for differences in exchange rates between deposit and withdrawal times.
7.5 If any funds are credited to your Account in error, such funds remain our property. You must notify us and must not withdraw or use these funds. We are entitled to reverse such transactions and adjust your balance accordingly. If you withdraw such funds, this amount will be a debt owed by you to us.
7.6 We do not apply arbitrary monthly withdrawal caps on legitimate, fully verified customers who have met all turnover and wagering requirements. Limits may apply only in circumstances required by AML obligations, risk management, or applicable law.
7.7 Withholding of Funds from Banned or Linked Accounts
We reserve the right to permanently withhold all balances, bonuses, and winnings from any Account that is found to be linked to a previously banned, suspended, or self-excluded Account, or where ban evasion or circumvention of restrictions is suspected.
8. No-Deposit, Free Bonuses, Faucet and Rakeback
8.1 From time to time, we may offer no-deposit bonuses, free spins, faucet rewards, rakeback, cashback or similar benefits that do not require an upfront qualifying deposit (“Free Bonuses”).
8.2 Winnings derived from Free Bonuses will only become eligible for withdrawal where:
8.2.1 You have made a subsequent real-money deposit of at least 20 USD equivalent; and
8.2.2 You have met the 3× turnover requirement on that deposit; and
8.2.3 You have fully complied with any specific wagering requirements attached to the Free Bonus.
8.3 Unless expressly stated otherwise, the maximum amount withdrawable from Free Bonus winnings is 50 USD equivalent. Any excess may be removed at the time of withdrawal.
8.4 We reserve the right to remove, limit, or refuse Free Bonuses, and to void any associated winnings, where we reasonably suspect abuse, multi-accounting, or any breach of these Terms.
9. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements
9.1 All bonuses, promotions, and similar offers (collectively “Bonuses”) are offered at our sole discretion and may be withdrawn, modified, or restricted at any time.
9.2 Eligibility conditions, including minimum deposit, specific currencies, or regions, will be stated in the relevant promotional terms.
9.3 Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the standard casino wagering requirement for Bonuses is 35× (deposit + bonus).
9.4 Some promotions may specify alternative wagering requirements. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
9.5 While a Bonus wagering requirement is active, the maximum bet per spin/hand/round is the lower of 5 USD equivalent or 5% of the original qualifying deposit for that Bonus. Placing bets above this limit may result in forfeiture of the Bonus and all associated winnings.
9.6 Game contribution to wagering (unless otherwise stated):
- Slots, crash, mines, limbo, original/provably fair games: 100%
- Dice and similar house games: 100%
- Sportsbook bets with odds ≥ 1.50: 50%
- Live casino games: 10%
- Table games (e.g. blackjack, roulette, baccarat): 10%

9.7 We may designate specific games or providers as excluded from wagering contribution. Such lists will be published on the Website or within promotional terms.
9.8 Bonuses will, unless stated otherwise, expire 30 days after being credited. Unused Bonuses and any winnings derived solely from them may be removed upon expiry.
9.9 If you request a withdrawal before the completion of all applicable wagering requirements, we may cancel the active Bonus and remove all Bonus-derived winnings from your Account.
10. Bonus Abuse, Fraud and Cheating
10.1 The following, without limitation, are considered Bonus abuse and/or fraud: opening or using multiple Accounts to claim repeated bonuses; coordinated or syndicate play; using VPNs, proxies, or location spoofing; placing minimal-risk or zero-risk bets solely to unlock bonuses; chip dumping, transferring value, or colluding across Accounts; sharing or reselling bonus codes; exploiting software bugs; using automated tools, bots, scripts, or macros.
10.2 If we reasonably believe that you have engaged in Bonus abuse, fraud, or cheating, we may, at our sole discretion: suspend or close your Account; void any active Bonuses; remove Bonus-derived winnings; confiscate balances where permitted by law and licence conditions; permanently ban you and linked Accounts; report the matter to relevant authorities or regulators.
10.3 Our decision in such matters is final and not subject to negotiation.
11. General Wagering Rules and Settlement
11.1 A bet is confirmed only when it has been accepted and recorded by our servers.
11.2 You are solely responsible for checking the correctness of your bets before confirming. Once accepted, a bet cannot be cancelled or amended by you.
11.3 We may void or adjust bets in the event of obvious or manifest errors in pricing, odds, or markets; settlement errors; technical failures; cancellation or abandonment of events; suspicious betting or collusion.
11.4 Maximum Winnings (Famebet.com)
Famebet Originals Maximum Win Cap
The maximum amount a customer may win from any single wager, game round, or combined outcome on any Famebet Originals game is capped at $3,000 USD.
If the calculated or potential payout for any Famebet Originals game exceeds $3,000 USD—whether due to multipliers, rare outcomes, technical errors, display issues, or system malfunctions—the payout will be reduced to $3,000 USD, and this adjusted amount shall be final and binding.
General Maximum Winnings
We reserve the right to apply maximum win limits across other games, betting products, or customer accounts at our sole discretion. These limits may apply per bet, per market, per event, per day, or per customer, and may be amended at any time without prior notice. If a customer's winnings exceed any applicable limit, the payout will be reduced accordingly to meet that limit.
11.5 Dispute Resolution, Evidence, and Final Authority
In the event of any dispute relating to game outcomes, wager results, payout calculations, account activity, or any other matter connected to the use of our Services, the records maintained by Famebet.com shall constitute the sole, final, and authoritative evidence for determining the correct outcome.
This includes, without limitation: server logs, game round data and RNG output logs, transaction and balance histories, bet placement and settlement records, and system-generated metadata.
If any discrepancy arises between the information displayed on a customer's device, third-party data, cached interfaces, or external sources, the data stored on Famebet.com servers shall prevail.
Customers acknowledge and agree that:
- Famebet.com’s internal records are the definitive source for all gameplay, wagers, and settlement outcomes.
- Famebet.com is not liable for latency, display errors, device malfunctions, or miscommunication that may cause differences in the presentation of odds, results, or balances.
- Famebet.com may rely on its internal systems to correct, void, adjust, or re-settle any wager when necessary to maintain accuracy and operational integrity.
All decisions made by Famebet.com based on these records shall be final, binding, and non-negotiable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
11.6 Minimum and maximum wager amounts are determined by us and may change without prior notice. We may adjust limits per customer.
11.7 For disputes regarding results or settlement, our internal records and server logs shall be final and conclusive.
12. Responsible Gambling

14. Limitation of Liability

14.3 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
15. Underage Gambling
15.1 If we suspect that you are, or were, under the age of 18 or below the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction when you used the Services: your Account will be suspended; all winnings will be forfeited; deposited funds not constituting winnings may be returned at our discretion; we may report the matter to relevant authorities.

16. Intellectual Property

17.2 If we reasonably determine that you have engaged in Prohibited Behaviour, we may: immediately terminate or suspend your Account; void bets and remove winnings; confiscate balances where permitted; take legal action and/or report to authorities.
17.3 The list of Prohibited Behaviour includes, but is not limited to: fraud, money laundering, harassment, hate speech, distribution of malware, hacking, or attempting to interfere with or manipulate the Services.
18. Third-Party Websites
18.1 The Website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided solely for convenience.
18.2 We do not endorse or assume any responsibility for the content, accuracy, or availability of such websites. You access them at your own risk and should review their own terms and privacy policies.
19. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

19.2 We will use reasonable efforts to respond to complaints within a reasonable timeframe (typically within 10 business days).
19.3 Disputes relating to bet settlement or game outcomes must be raised as soon as reasonably practicable after the event.
19.4 If a dispute cannot be resolved to your satisfaction, it may be escalated to our management and, where applicable, to the relevant regulatory authority in accordance with the laws of Anjouan.
20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
20.1 These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros.
20.2 You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Anjouan in respect of any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, without prejudice to our right to bring proceedings in any other court of competent jurisdiction where necessary.
21. Assignment, Severability and Entire Agreement
21.1 You may not assign, transfer, or sub-licence any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms at any time, subject to applicable law.
21.2 If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent authority, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
21.3 These Terms, together with the policies and documents incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to the Services and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
21.4 In case of any discrepancy between the English version of these Terms and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
22. Affiliate Programme
22.1 Famebet operates an affiliate programme that allows eligible individuals and entities (“Affiliates”) to earn commission by referring new players to the Website.
22.2 Commission Structure
Affiliates receive 30 % revenue share based on the net gaming losses (after bonuses, chargebacks, and fraud deductions) of players referred by their unique affiliate link or code (“Referred Players”).
22.3 Commission Calculation Period
Commission is calculated monthly on all activity of Referred Players from the date they first register.
22.4 Payment Release
Commissions become payable 14 days after the end of each calendar month (Net-14). Payments are released only once the total accrued commission reaches 50 USD equivalent (or higher threshold if specified in the affiliate dashboard).
22.5 Lifetime Revenue Share Limitation
Revenue share is paid for a maximum of 12 months (1 year) from the date each Referred Player makes their first deposit. After 12 months, the Referred Player is automatically detached from the Affiliate’s account and no further commission will be earned from that player.
22.6 Negative Carryover
Negative earnings in any month are carried forward and offset against future positive earnings.
22.7 Prohibited Affiliate Practices
The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the affiliate account and forfeiture of all commissions:
- Self-referral or referring household members / own accounts;
- Spam, unsolicited advertising, or fraudulent traffic;
- Brand bidding on Famebet trademarks;
- Promoting the Website in restricted jurisdictions;
- Misrepresenting bonus terms or guaranteed profits.
22.8 Termination and Commission Forfeiture
We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate account at our sole discretion. Upon termination, all unpaid commissions may be forfeited if we reasonably believe the Affiliate has breached these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or abusive behaviour.
22.9 Separate Affiliate Agreement
Full details, tracking, reporting, and additional terms are available in the Affiliate Dashboard and the separate Affiliate Agreement, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By participating in the affiliate programme, you agree to both these Terms and the Affiliate Agreement.
